Indication

• Lignocaine hydrochloride is the most widely used and easily available local anaesthetic agent. Adrenaline is frequently combined, with lignocaine to enhance the duration of anaesthesia, decrease toxicity, to achieve vasoconstriction and to provide a bloodless field.
