• Aceclofenac+Paracetamol is used for pain relief. Aceclofenac + Paracetamol is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Paracetamol.
• These medicines work by blocking the action of chemical messengers responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling).
